1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Wild Bandito ("Wild Bandito", "we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the Wild Bandito website located at wildbandito.vu, including all game categories, payment functions, account features, and promotional offers.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or using any part of the Wild Bandito platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account at Wild Bandito, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Wild Bandito does not permit players under 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Wild Bandito platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Wild Bandito will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Wild Bandito reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that:

• Is found to have been registered using false or misleading information.
• Is operated by a person who does not meet the age eligibility requirement.
• Is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity affecting the platform or other players.
• Has breached any provision of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your Wild Bandito account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Wild Bandito does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process currency conversions.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. The specific channels available at any given time are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Wild Bandito will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposit amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary by payment channel and account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction. Wild Bandito reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to verified accounts only. Before any withdrawal can be processed, Wild Bandito may require identity verification (KYC), including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals are processed to accounts registered in the name matching your Wild Bandito account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times vary by account tier and payment channel. Standard accounts are processed on a same-day or next-business-day basis under normal conditions. VIP-tier members receive priority processing. Wild Bandito is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or e-wallet providers.

Wild Bandito reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for accounts that are under review for suspected fraud, bonus misuse, or Terms violations. Where a withdrawal is declined, the reason will be communicated to the account holder.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Wild Bandito offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and event-specific offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are disclosed at the time the offer is presented.

General conditions that apply to all Wild Bandito bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and may be subject to turnover requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Only one active bonus may be claimed at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• Wild Bandito reserves the right to cancel any bonus where it suspects the player is attempting to exploit or manipulate the promotion terms.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available in the Wild Bandito Game Lobby operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer interactions. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results, account status, or any platform-side manipulation.

The following actions constitute violations of Wild Bandito's fair play policy and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through a known error must be reported and may be voided.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment manipulation.

Wild Bandito reserves the right to void game results and withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred, pending investigation.
